Channelbeyond Awarded as the “2016 Innovation Demonstration Organization of a Call Contact Center Se

The 2016 Annual Development Conference of China Internet Plus E-commerce and China Call Contact Center, under the theme of “Transformation·Innovation·Win-Win”, was successfully held by two Level-1 associations in China --- China General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC) and China Electric Commerce Association (CECA). It took place in Beijing from Nov. 25 to Nov 27 and Guangdong Channelbeyond Call Care Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the forum summit.

       With competitive innovation strength and excellent service quality, Channelbeyond won the “2016 Innovation Demonstration Organization of Call Contact Center Service Transformation”, by proving our strength for an advanced reform and science and technology innovation in the industry.

Channelbeyond and Ewider Awarded as the “Guangzhou Little Giant Enterprise of Science & Technology Innovation”

     Guangdong Channelbeyond Call Care Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Ewider Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded with the certificates and plaques of the Guangzhou Little Giant Enterprise of Science & Technology Innovation issued by the Guangzhou Science, Technology and Innovation Commission.

     It is another good news for Channelbeyond and Ewider, after being elected members of the Guangdong Cultivation Library for a High-Tech Enterprise.

       It shows that both companies have stepped into science and technology innovation, strongly proving our strength in science and technology innovation.

   Channelbeyond Attends 2016 APCCAL EXPO

     The industry-famous 2016 APCCAL EXPO opens on Nov. 3 in the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. As the leading enterprise in call services in China, Channelbeyond attends the EXPO.

     APCCAL EXPO, hosted by the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA), introduces the science and technology application under the theme of “Whole-channel Call Experience”.

    The EXPO gathers excellent call centers and science and technology enterprises in the Asian-Pacific region, strengthening the cross-regional, cross-industrial and cross-cultural exchanges at different levels through forum summits, round table conferences, guest exchanges, science & technology shows, visit & investigation and other forms, and through realizing the positive interaction between industries. Presidents of a number of enterprises also shared the existing advanced operation experience of call service centers and resources in the field of science and technology, as well as exchanges with the attendees.

    Representatives of Channelbeyond attended APCCAL --- the hero-gathering conference in call centers, and received a Gold Award of the 2016 Best Whole-channel Call Center and the 2016 Best Multimedia Call Center!
